Airport Distance: The airport is conveniently located approximately 1 hour's drive from Rome Termini Railway Station (central station), the Bettoja Hotels and is about the same distance from the ISS venue.

At the Forum 30 Summit, we prioritize your comfort and convenience every step of the way, starting from the moment you arrive at the airport to your arrival at the hotel. To enhance your experience, we provide personalized assistance to ensure a smooth transition from the airport to your accommodation.

Airport Arrival - Meet and Greet
Upon your arrival at the airport, a friendly greeter will be waiting to welcome you. A dedicated staff member will be on-site to greet you, guide you to the Leonardo Express train station, and provide your train ticket. The Leonardo Express train will take you directly to Termini Central Station. Upon arrival, our team will be present to accompany you on a short, 5-minute walk to Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo. For those arriving on November 13th, we have arranged a pick-up point at Terminal Arrivals T1 and T3 of Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO). This service will only be provided on the 13th of November.

Airport Train - The Leonardo Express Train
The Leonardo Express Train from the Airport to Termini Station offers a non-stop service, completing the journey in just 32 minutes. 

  • The Leonardo Express operates every 30 minutes, with increased frequency during peak times.
  • Service hours: First departure from Roma Termini at 05:50, last departure at 22:50. First departure from Fiumicino Airport at 06:38, last departure at 23:38.

Rome (Termini) Central Station Assistance to Hotel
When you reach the Termini train station, conveniently located just a short 3-minute walk from the hotel, another attentive attendee will be there to greet you. They will warmly welcome you and accompany you on the brief walk to your hotel, ensuring you arrive comfortably.

Departure - The Leonardo Express Train
Leonardo Express Train ticket will be provided to attendees only upon their departure. 

 

This service is exclusively for event attendees. Any additional guests will need to purchase their own Leonardo Express tickets. For more information on the Leonardo Express Train, visit here.

All International flights extra EU Schengen normally arrive at Terminal 3 – The greeters pick up point will be set in the arrival hall right in front of the luggage collection area Exit (belt 11/12) which is the last gate to exit the airport.

All domestic flights and some international flights from EU Schengen countries will arrive at Terminal 1 – The greeters pick up point will be set in the arrival hall right in front of the luggage collection area Exit (belt 26/27) which is the last gate to exit the airport.

Hotel to Forum 30 Summit

To streamline your transportation experience during the Forum 30 Summit, we are pleased to offer a complimentary shuttle service on the 14th and 15th of the event. Our dedicated shuttle buses are designed to ensure you arrive at the sessions promptly and return to your hotel conveniently at the end of the day.

Hotel Pick-up - Seamless Session Transfers
Forget about navigating unfamiliar routes or worrying about parking. Our shuttle buses will pick you up from designated locations and transport you directly to the Forum 30 Summit venue (Istituto Superiore di Sanità -ISS), allowing you to focus on preparing for the day's sessions and networking opportunities.

Hotel Return - Convenient Return Journeys
After a day filled with engaging discussions and insightful presentations, our shuttle buses will promptly pick you up behind the Istituto Superiore di Sanita and drop you off at the Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo.

*If you miss the scheduled transportation, you will be responsible for arranging and the cost will not be covered by the organizers.

Following the conclusion of the summit sessions, dedicated shuttle buses will be provided to transport all attendees back to their respective hotels. 

Luggage Retrieval:
Upon arrival at your hotel or the ISS Venue, all attendees will have the option to store your luggage at the hotel or the ISS venue during the last day of the event.

Train Station:
Once you have your belongings, you will take a short walk to the Termini train station. A map has been provided to ensure easy access. From there, you can conveniently catch the Leonardo Express Train to the airport, making your journey home hassle-free.

Alternative Options

Arrangements other than what has been pre-organized are not covered by the organizers.

Taxi Services: If you prefer ground transportation, public taxis are readily available. The average fare from the airport to the city center is approximately 50 EUR. This is not covered by the organizers.
